The conference will be held at the Outreach auditorium at IIT Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
IIT Kanpur is located in Kalyanpur, Kanpur. Kanpur is well connected via road, rail and flight from across the country.
The Kanpur Central railway station is well connected to all parts of the country. One can take a cab or auto from the station to reach the IIT Kanpur campus from the station. Please make sure to exit the station from the Cantt side as it is easier to find transport from there.
The nearest airport is the Kanpur airport. One can alternatively reach
the Lucknow airport and take a cab or a bus from there as well.
Booking a cab online through Ola/Uber would be a cheaper option
compared to the cabs at the airport.

Kanpur gets chilly in December with minimum temperatures dropping below 10°C. Please pack warm clothes accordingly.
